Phoebe in Recovery **
Ever since we brought Lil' Pheebs home from the vet last weekend, she has been sleeping in the oddest places like in this cat basket, which she has never slept in before. Usually it's Benji or Chubbs who loves sleeping here but lately, it is Phoebe who is happily conquering this spot. I am afraid to move her around too much after her surgery so I just let her sleep wherever she wants to.
I'm so pleased with the surgery by the way. We sent Phoebe to a different Vet from where we sent Benji and Chubbs to get neutered. Phoebe's Vet did a superb job on her and the Doctor also used absorbable thread on her incision. This means there is no need to take Phoebe back later to have the stitches removed, which is great! By the way, total came up to less than quoted so we ended up paying only RM270 instead of RM350, which calls for another YAY! Wanna see her stitches?

oh, neut for female at my vet is only rm140 for female and rm90 for male.. and they use the absorbable thread too.. which is why my family usually also bring stray cats there to neut coz it's pretty affordable.. i mean, if it's cheaper than more strays we can help..

Wahhh u mean Piper belum sunat Anny??? We have two Vets but the first one wasn't equipped to do Pheebs cause she's so small it seems. So we took her to our other Vet.. Heshmael.. in Kota D'sara..that one is the more famous one here.. lotsa ppl go there, always so busy.. I can give u the number if u like..meow! :* :* :*

Ouchie Phoebe but glad you are home all safe and all fixed up. I am sure the reason Phoebe is sleeping there is because it is comfy and she probably hurts some too. She probably doesn't want to move around very much. Take care Phoebe

blom sunat jugo... cos we keep putting it off.. cos we takut to see him in pain... and he is very handsome... we did want to find him a mate.. but shitzu's are high maintenance.. now he's getting a bit temperamental.. so kenalaaa sunat soon.. kesian.. i so takut. Good job! I can see the stitches is neat. Kesian Phoebe, tak pe lah, it won't be long to recover. Cute nya the way dia baring just like some of my cats too, they like to stretch in all sorts of position, sangat cute lah!
Semasa I spayed my cats pun tak payah bawa balik buka stitches, the Dr was good!
Dulu when I spayed my female cat, each cost me around RM190.00 and the male cat RM90.00 but when I rescued many abandoned cats, I got no choice but to take them to DBKL to spay both male and female, they gave me flat rate of only RM60.00 per cat male or female they charged me the same. I still remember before I shifted here in Marang, I brought 8 cats each trip for 2 days, meaning 16 cats spayed believe it or not. The rest 12 cats with me were already spayed and when I shifted I brought 28 cats to Terengganu.

So sorry, i was not around since yesterday, only now I'm back online, earlier just checking email and left my pc on, Yesterday at Pejabat SATU, masaalah they have been charging me RM200.00+ per month for my water bill since last month and today finally this lady came to collect the mother cat and the two kittens, cerita panjang nanti lah either I will let you know or publish it as a post. Now it is almost 3.00 am baru can sit down and trying to drop as much EC and Adgi as possible and hope that I tak ter zzzz 'cause now in my room with my LT. Last night tertidor kat pc desk sampai pagi, drop EC ke mana,apa ke mana, dose away zzzzzzzzzzzzz!

I read about Lil' Phoebe, (not bad the first name same like mine, hehehe). Wah Phoebe tu small tetapi terror nya dia berani bully her brother! Biasa nya macam tu lah, kucing yg kecil lagi akan jadi spoilt. Dulu my late aunty used to have a few watch dogs and you know what?? Her cat lagi terror dok kejar the dogs. I will try to search for some old photos to scan them and add in my photo album in my pc, especially the particular pic where I put a cat on the back of a dog and it looks quite unique.
