MM - American Idol Top 12 **

I missed playing Music Monday last week but this Monday; I gotta join the fun because I have found my favourite on American Idol Season 10 in the cool, contemporary and charming Stefano!

If you're a true blue American Idol fan like me, you would know that the 21-year old cutie almost lost his life in a horrific car accident a few years back. So his miraculous recovery coupled with his boyish charm and vocal prowess makes for an amazing dream-come-true story, befitting a true Idol!

Love Stefano's version of If You Don't Know Me by Now and he makes it as my favourite Idol performance last week. Looking forward to this week's show and here's hoping Stefano will stick around until the end! Happy Music Monday and which performance did you love the most last week?

MM - If You Leave by OMD **

It seems like forever since my last Music Monday entry! And this week, I am thinking of this one song, which I used to love (still do in fact) and hey what do you know? It's another great tune from the 80s!

Taken from the Pretty in Pink soundtrack, If You Leave by OMD is what I am listening to tonight. I really can't remember watching this movie featuring Molly Ringwald and John Cryer, who keeps me laughing in Two and a Half Men by the way. But from what I see in the video, it looks like a feel-good romantic comedy so I will definitely search for this DVD and catch up on the good old 80s later this week. Until then, happy listening and have a terrific Music Monday!

MM - Dia by Sheila Majid **

It took me the whole night to finish writing and posting my Music Monday picks for all three blogs this week. I started quite early but I was enjoying my chat with the pretty Monica too much to concentrate! We were discussing some really juicy stuff and there was a lot of laughing going on but that's just between me and Mon!

So here is my last song to end my Sheila Majid Music Monday theme and I hope this one will keep you going this lovely new week. Happy Music Monday!

MM - Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now by Starship **

I totally need a pick-me-up song to get me through the busy stressful days ahead. This has always been my feel-good song and whenever I listen to it, everything seems okay no matter how daunting my current situation. I also love the video taken from Mannequin, one of my all-time favourite movies. By the way, do you recognize Kim Cattrall aka Samantha from Sex and the City here in the video?

This number goes out to my poor darling still in recuperation from his recent surgery. Happy listening and a terrific Music Monday to all my visitors!
