Cookie Monster for Master!

I got my kids a laughing cat toy while vacationing in Japan. If you follow my main blog and read my posts there, you would know that this particular purchase for my kids was in vain. Aside from Phoebe who's a curious little meow, the boys are afraid of this toy and run away whenever the laughing cat is nearby. It's so cute to see big fluffy Benji running away in fright from the small harmless laughing cat.

On our last day in Tokyo, we visited a huge store, which sells lots and lots of cool toys among other things. It is 6 floors high and here, you can find everything imaginable. From cosmetics to perfumes and learning toys and souvenirs, you will definitely leave with a bag in hand! There were so many cool toys for sale and as much as I wanted to spend on toys like nobody's business, I limited my purchase to a single TMX Cookie Monster, which was going for only 1999 yen! I bought the laughing cat here too. That toy is for my kids but the Cookie Monster is for Master!

Surprisingly the kids seem to prefer my new toy to theirs. I took a short video of Cookie Monster laughing and rolling on the floor; entertaining Benji. He did move away from the laughing Cookie Monster but at least he didn't jump up in the air like Chubbs did when he first saw the laughing cat! meow!
